Presented by Paul Thompson, University of Strathclyde, Scotland

Paul Thompson is Professor of Organizational Analysis and the Head of Department of Human Resource Management at the University of Strathclyde. Aside of being a prolific researcher and writer, Professor Thompson has acted as a referee for a variety of journals, including Journal of Management Studies, Organization Studies, Human Relations, Organization, Management Learning. Critical Perspectives on Accounting, Administrative Science Quarterly, Sociological Review.
